1. Top Up Your Mobile Phone by Sending us A Premium SMS
Text "SMART" to short number 66667. Doing so will charge your mobile £5, and top your mobile up with £5 worth of SmartCalling international calling credit.



2. You receive a Text back from us.
Within a few minutes of you after sending SMS, we will send you a text with our access number 0203 347 9700 and confirmation that your mobile has £5 worth of SmartCalling international calling credits.



3. How do I use the service now?
Dial the access number included in your welcome text message 0203 347 9700. You will then be prompted to dial the International number you wish to dial. Make sure that you prefix 00 + Country Code + Destination Number + #. The 0203 347 9700 number is a local London number, and is charged at your operator's standard rate.



4. How much does it cost?
Please visit our rates page. Each call has a 5p connection fee in addition to the per minute calling rate. The 0203 347 9700 number is a local London number, and is charged at your operator's standard rate.



5. SmartCalling International Calling Credit Renews Automatically
When you are close to using up your calling credit, we will automatically recharge your account with another £5 of credit so that you can keep talking. If you want to stop the service, just SMS STOP to 66667.



6. Can I use my credit from a landline or a different mobile phone?
Yes. To use your credit on a different phone, simply dial the Access Number 0203 347 9700 (which is a local London number, and is charged at your operator's standard rate) from the phone that you wish to use. You will hear a message saying that you have no credit. You simply need to enter the full number of the mobile phone that you used to buy the credit, and you will then access your account. And will be able to make international calls from another landline or a different mobile phone.



7. Is there a maximum amount of top ups I can do in one day?
Yes, you can top up a maximum of 6 times in each 24 hour period.



8. Your Credit Charges Will Appear On Your Mobile Bill
Your international calling credits will be charged directly to your mobile phone. This means that you directly pay to your mobile phone provider and do not receive any bill from us.



9. How long does the credit last?
Your credit will last for 90 days from the time that you top up.

How does calling from a landline work?
Simply dial the access number listed on a country rates page, and then follow the instructions on the prompt to make an international call. Your landline or mobile will be billed at the per minute rate listed by the access number. There are no connection fees or other charges when calling from a landline or mobile (calls to access numbers are charged to you by your service provider at your standard call rates).

Do I need to register or prepay in order to use your 08 Direct Dial?
No. You do not need to register, give us any information, or make prepayments. Just pick up your landline or mobile and call our access numbers. All charges and billing will be handled by your phone service provider. It's that easy

How will my landline be billed for calling your access numbers?
The charges for calls to our access numbers will simply appear on your next phone bill from your telephone provider. You will not get a bill from us. Simply pay the charges to your landline phone provider

Are there peak and off-peak rates?
No. Access numbers are charged at the same rate 24 hours a day and 7 days a week. You enjoy low rates all day every day

Can I call a access number from my mobile phone?
You can use your mobile to call these numbers, but you will be charged additional fees by your mobile provider. Please check with your mobile provider to determine what those charges are.
